President Emmanuel Macron and Premier
Giorgia Meloni will discuss the EU, NATO, and Ukraine at the
Elysee Palace in Paris Tuesday afternoon, a palace statement
said Monday.
They will also discuss bilateral relations, and in particular
the implementation of the Quirinale Treaty.
The meeting, which will be preceded by statements to the press,
will also serve to pave the way for the NATO summit in Vilnius
on July 11-12, the Elysee statement said.
Meloni and Macron's talks "will be a chance to reiterate their
common support fro Ukraine on military, humanitarian, economic,
diplomatic and judicial issues," said the statement.
