Italian Defence Minister Guido
Crosetto on Friday warned of the danger of going beyond the
brink in the Middle East after Iran was attacked overnight in
strikes attributed to Israel.
"I am receiving constant updates and following developments of
the situation in the Middle East," Crosetto said.
"We are working with our allies and partners to avoid further
escalation, inviting the parties to exercise moderation so that
we do not reach a point of no return".
