von der Leyen told ANSA at the G7 summit in Puglia Thursday she
worked well with all the Group of Seven leaders including host
Giorgia Meloni of Italy.
"I work well with all the G7 leaders," she said, answering an
ANSA question on her relations with Meloni.
The German former defence minister has been on signature
migration pact trips to Tunisia and Egypt with Meloni and has
described the rightwing Italian leader as pro-European and
anti-Putin.
