Italian cinema great Sophia Loren
sent a special message to Giorgio Armani via ANSA on Thursday
for the legendary fashion designer's 90th birthday.
"Today you turn 90 but your creative genius makes you ageless,"
Loren said in the message, calling her friend Armani "my
Giorgio.
"Our friendship has lasted for decades, but my love and
affection for you make our moments together timeless.
"Year after year, life reminds us how it advances relentlessly,
but the light in your eyes will shine forever and the fire of
