The Milan bourse closed 0.59% up
Thursday with the FTSE-Mib index rising to 35,315 points.
Iveco (+5.83%) and Prysmian (+3.81%) shone on the podium: the
first helped by the encouraging indications provided to Bnp
Paribas Exane on the end of the quarter, the second by what the
group's CEO said on the listing, acquisitions in the US and
duties.
On the opposite front, Stm (-0.87%), Stellantis (-0.24%) and
Bper (-0.19%) suffered.
Meanwhile, illimity continued to advance (+3.79% to 3.89 euros)
on the wave of the takeover bid by Banca Ifis (+3.84% to 22.72
euros).
Lottomatica was weak (-1.37% to 13 euros) but remained above the
price of the placement carried out by Apollo.
London closed 0.81% up, Paris 0.51% up and Frankfurt 0.06% down
after a pound slid amid British debt fears.

Jimmy Carter who died on December 29.
