"The EU Commission is working
with the current German presidency, who holds the leadership,
and with the president of the European Council, Charles Michel,
to find possible solutions" after Poland's veto and Hungary.
"The EC continues to consider that the implementation of the
Budget and Recovery, and respect for the rule of law are
crucial." That is what vice-president of the EU Council, Valdis
Dombrovskis, told those who him asked about the hypothesis of a
solution on the Recovery Fund with an intergovernmental
agreement that would exclude Poland and Hungary.
