In Bosnia-Herzegovina, the
election campaign has begun in preparation for the local
elections on October 6, with 3.4 million eligible voters. The
consultation will involve 296 political entities, with over 26
thousand candidates representing 110 political parties, 58
coalitions, 76 independent candidates, 43 candidates from
national minorities, and nine independent candidate lists.
