European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen met with Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic today to discuss "our support for Ukraine, energy security, and progress in EU enlargement in the Western Balkans," according to a tweet from the president.
During the EU leaders' summit, the prime minister raised the Western Balkans issue, calling for a detailed discussion of recent developments in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia.
According to Plenkovic,
the leaders accepted the request, and the issue should be on the
agenda at the next summit.
