As he entered today's summit of
European leaders, the high representative for EU foreign policy,
Josep Borrell, stated, "Any attempt to question the agreement"
reached on the proposed normalization of relations between
Serbia and Kosovo "is futile." "The agreement has been reached;
now it must be implemented; there is no room for selective
implementation," Borrell added, urging the parties to implement
the agreement "in its entirety." "We will closely monitor who
implements it and who does not," he concluded, urging the
parties to concentrate on their own work and not that of others.
