Italian rapper Kappa_24K was arrested Friday over a shooting in Milan on January 8 in which a 26-year-old Egyptian national was wounded.
The Egyptian born 32-year-old rapper, whose real name is Islam Abd el Karim, is accused of taking part in a shoot-out which erupted after a row between two rival groups degnerated, police said.
Kappa_24K has been charged with bearing and using arms in a crowded public place.
The shoot-out took place in Piazza Monte Falterona, on the outskirts of the Lombardy capital.
