A pastry buffet at a Sardinian hotel
featuring as centrepiece a woman in a swimming costume covered
in chocolate has been blasted as objectifying the female figure.
A photo of the woman posted on social media by a Milanese
manager staying at the Voi Colonna Hotel at Golfo Aranci has
gone viral spurring indignant comments.
"I'm literally gobsmacked when I look at this scene," said the
manager.
"What do the Alpitour managers think of this representation of
the female body?
My 14-year-old daughter said: 'Dad, how disgusting, this is not
a country where women can achieve things'."
