The UN mission in southern Lebanon
UNIFIL does not intend to abandon its positions, the
spokesperson of the military mission including 1,000 Italian
soldiers, Andrea Tenenti, told ANSA on Tuesday.
The Israeli military have conducted limited incursions in
Lebanon, right next to the Blue Line, and have gone back",
Tenenti also told ANSA, confirming that thus far no fighting was
ongoing on Lebanese territory.
