Minors as young as 12 will henceforth
be given a verbal warning by the local police chief if they
commit crimes with sentences of no less than five years,
Interior Minister Matteo Piantedosi said Thursday explaining the
government's bew Caivano Decree.
"The institute of the police chief's warning is also extended to
minors aged between 12 and 14 for offences with a sentence of no
less than five years", the minister told a press conference.
