The government's new Caivano Decree
cracking down on youth crime after a recent youth gang rape of
two young girls there envisages arrests for pushing small
quantities of drugs, Interior Minister Matteo Piantedosi told a
press conference on the decree.
The Caivano Decree law introduces "an increase in the sanction
for petty drug dealing with the arrest of the minor in flagrante
delicto," he said.
